Article 1: Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context requires otherwise:
Center means Global Premier Training Center.
Participant means any natural person registered to attend any training program, course, workshop, seminar, conference, coaching session, or other educational activity offered by the Center.
Client means any individual, company, corporation, governmental authority, institution, organization, or other legal entity purchasing or contracting for any service provided by the Center.
Training Program means any training course, workshop, seminar, conference, classroom-based or virtual training program, coaching session, consultancy service, or any educational or professional development service offered by the Center.
Website means the Center’s official website and all affiliated websites, portals, and online platforms operated by or on behalf of the Center.
Training Materials means all training manuals, course materials, presentations, guides, assessments, exercises, recordings, videos, electronic files, digital resources, and any other educational or training content provided by the Center.
Article 2: Registration and Enrollment
2.1
Registration for any Training Program is subject to seat availability and the fulfillment of any applicable eligibility or admission requirements.
2.2
The Center reserves the right, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law, to accept or reject any registration application without being obliged to provide reasons for such decision.
2.3
Participants shall provide accurate, complete, current, and truthful information during the registration process and shall be solely responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted.
2.4
Registration shall not be deemed confirmed or binding unless and until the Center has issued a formal confirmation of enrollment and received the applicable fees, or an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.
2.5
The Center may request any additional documents or information it considers necessary to complete the registration process or verify a Participant’s eligibility.
Article 3: Fees and Payment
3.1
All fees shall be paid in the currency specified in the relevant Training Program announcement or as stated in the invoice issued by the Center.
3.2
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment must be received prior to the commencement of the Training Program.
3.3
The Client or Participant shall be responsible for all bank charges, wire transfer fees, payment processing charges, credit card fees, currency exchange differences, taxes, duties, or any governmental levies applicable to the transaction.
3.4
The Center reserves the right to suspend or cancel a registration, deny participation, withhold Training Materials or certificates, or suspend access to any online learning platform until all outstanding financial obligations have been fully satisfied.
Article 4: Participant Cancellation
4.1
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email or through any other communication channel officially designated by the Center.
4.2
The following cancellation policy shall apply:
• Where cancellation is received more than fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the commencement of the Training Program, no cash refund shall be issued. Instead, the full amount paid shall be credited to the Participant’s account and may be applied toward registration for another Training Program offered by the Center within six (6) months from the date of the original registration.
• Where cancellation is received less than fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the commencement of the Training Program, the Participant shall not be entitled to any refund, credit, or compensation.
4.3
A Participant may nominate a substitute participant at no additional charge, provided that the Center receives written notice at least seven (7) days before the commencement of the Training Program and approves the substitute participant.
Article 5: Program Cancellation or Postponement by the Center
5.1
The Center reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify the delivery method of, or cancel any Training Program where operational, organizational, commercial, or other circumstances reasonably require such action.
5.2
Where the Center cancels a Training Program, the Participant shall be entitled to choose one of the following remedies:
• A full refund of all fees paid; or
• A transfer of the fees to another Training Program offered by the Center.
5.3
Under no circumstances shall the Center be liable for any travel expenses, airfare, accommodation costs, visa expenses, insurance costs, or any other direct or indirect losses or expenses incurred by the Participant as a result of the cancellation or postponement of a Training Program.
Article 6: Changes to the Venue, Schedule, or Trainer
6.1
The Center reserves the right to change the venue, timetable, delivery schedule, or assigned trainer for any Training Program whenever such changes are reasonably necessary to ensure the successful delivery of the Program or due to operational or organizational requirements.
6.2
Any such changes shall not constitute a breach of the Center’s obligations and shall not entitle the Participant to cancel the registration or claim a refund, provided that the essential learning objectives and overall quality of the Training Program remain substantially unaffected
Article 7: Travel and Visa Requirements
7.1
Participants attending international Training Programs shall be solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining, at their own expense:
• A valid passport;
• Any required entry visa(s);
• Travel and/or health insurance, where applicable;
• Any permits, approvals, or other documentation required under the laws and regulations of the host country.
7.2
The refusal, delay, or inability to obtain a visa, or the Participant’s inability to travel for any reason whatsoever, shall not entitle the Participant to any refund or compensation, except in accordance with the Center’s applicable Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Article 8: Online Training Programs
8.1
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have adequate internet connectivity, compatible devices, software, and technical capabilities required to participate effectively in any online Training Program. The Center shall not be responsible for any technical deficiencies on the Participant’s side.
8.2
Access credentials for any online learning platform are personal, confidential, and non-transferable. Participants shall not share, disclose, or permit any third party to use their login credentials.
8.3
Participants shall not record, reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or share any live or recorded training sessions without the Center’s prior written consent.
Article 9: Attendance and Certificates
9.1
Certificates of Completion shall be issued only to Participants who satisfy the attendance requirements established by the Center.
9.2
For certain Training Programs, the Center may require Participants to successfully complete examinations, assessments, assignments, practical projects, or other evaluation requirements before a certificate is issued.
9.3
Certificates may be issued in electronic format, printed format, or both, at the Center’s sole discretion.
9.4
The Center reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for issuing replacement or additional copies of certificates in the event of loss, damage, or reissuance requests.
Article 10: Intellectual Property Rights
10.1
All Training Materials, including but not limited to training manuals, presentations, guides, assessments, exercises, digital content, recordings, and all other intellectual works provided as part of any Training Program, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Center or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and international conventions.
10.2
Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Training Materials solely for their personal educational purposes.
10.3
Without the Center’s prior written consent, Participants shall not:
• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any Training Materials;
• Distribute, publish, disclose, or share any Training Materials with third parties;
• Sell, lease, license, or otherwise commercially exploit any Training Materials;
• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Training Materials;
• Upload or publish any Training Materials on websites, social media platforms, cloud storage services, or any electronic platform;
• Record, broadcast, stream, or otherwise reproduce any lecture or training session.
Any unauthorized use of the Training Materials shall constitute an infringement of the Center’s Intellectual Property Rights and may result in legal proceedings and the pursuit of all remedies available under applicable law.
Article 11: Confidentiality
11.1
Participants shall maintain the confidentiality of all technical, commercial, financial, operational, or other confidential information disclosed to them or obtained during their participation in any Training Program, where such information is confidential by its nature or has been designated as confidential.
11.2
The obligation of confidentiality shall survive the completion or termination of the Training Program. Participants shall not disclose, use, reproduce, or permit access to such confidential information without the prior written consent of the Center or the rightful owner of the information.
Article 12: Code of Conduct and Professional Behaviour
All Participants are expected to:
• Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward trainers, fellow participants, guest speakers, and the Center’s personnel;
• Refrain from any abusive, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour;
• Comply with all applicable rules, regulations, security requirements, health and safety procedures, and venue policies;
• Respect and safeguard the property of the Center and any hosting organization or venue.
The Center reserves the right to remove or exclude any Participant whose conduct disrupts the Training Program, violates these Terms and Conditions, or adversely affects other Participants. Such removal shall not entitle the Participant to any refund, compensation, or replacement program
Article 13: Use of the Website
Users of the Website agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, systems, databases, or networks;
• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing malware, viruses, malicious code, or any other harmful software;
• Interfering with, disrupting, or compromising the operation, security, integrity, or availability of the Website;
• Using the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose;
• Impersonating any individual or entity or providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
The Center reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user’s access to the Website where these Terms and Conditions are violated, without prejudice to any other legal rights or remedies available to the Center.
Article 14: Privacy and Data Protection
14.1
The Center collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
14.2
By using the Website or registering for any Training Program or service offered by the Center, the Participant or Client expressly consents to the collection and processing of their personal data to the extent necessary for:
• providing the requested services;
• managing registrations and enrolments;
• communicating with Participants and Clients;
• complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations; and
• improving the quality of the Center’s services,
all in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.
Article 15: Photography, Recording and Use of Media Materials
15.1
The Center may photograph, video record, or make audio recordings during Training Programs, conferences, workshops, or other events for documentation, quality assurance, educational, promotional, marketing, and other legitimate business purposes.
15.2
By attending a Training Program or event, Participants grant the Center permission to use photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings in which they appear, unless the Participant submits a written objection prior to the commencement of the Training Program.
15.3
The Center shall use such materials responsibly and professionally and in compliance with all applicable laws relating to privacy, personal data protection, and individual rights.
Article 16: No Guarantee of Employment or Professional Outcomes
16.1
Participation in any Training Program or the issuance of any certificate by the Center shall not constitute or imply any guarantee of employment, promotion, professional certification, licensing, business opportunities, financial gain, or any other specific professional outcome.
16.2
The Center’s Training Programs are designed to enhance participants’ knowledge, competencies, and professional skills. Individual outcomes will depend upon numerous factors beyond the Center’s control, including, without limitation, the Participant’s qualifications, experience, performance, personal commitment, labour market conditions, and employers’ recruitment policies.
Article 17: Limitation of Liability
17.1
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Center, together with its directors, officers, employees, trainers, consultants, contractors, and representatives, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or participation in any Training Program or service provided by the Center.
17.2
This limitation includes, without limitation, any liability for:
• Loss of profits, revenue, income, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of business opportunities, contracts, or goodwill;
• Business interruption or operational downtime;
• Loss, corruption, or destruction of data;
• Travel, accommodation, visa, or insurance expenses;
• Flight delays, cancellations, or transportation disruptions;
• Technical failures, internet outages, power failures, or system interruptions;
• Any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Center.
17.3
In any event, the total aggregate liability of the Center, regardless of the legal basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the Participant or Client for the specific Training Program giving rise to the claim.
Article 18: Force Majeure
18.1
The Center shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform any of its obligations where such delay or failure results, wholly or partly, from any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
18.2
Force Majeure events include, without limitation:
• Natural disasters;
• Earthquakes, floods, fires, or other natural catastrophes;
• Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies;
• War, armed conflict, invasion, or military action;
• Terrorism, civil unrest, riots, or public disorder;
• Strikes, labour disputes, or industrial action;
• Government actions, regulations, restrictions, or sanctions;
• Border closures or travel restrictions;
• Failure or interruption of telecommunications, internet services, utilities, or electricity;
• Any other exceptional event rendering the delivery of the Training Program impossible or commercially impracticable.
18.3
Where a Force Majeure event occurs, the Center may, at its sole discretion, postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify the method of delivery, or cancel the Training Program without incurring any liability, subject always to the rights of Participants under the applicable Cancellation and Refund Policy
Article 19: Compliance with Applicable Laws and International Sanctions
19.1
The Center is committed to complying with all applicable local and international laws, regulations, and legal requirements governing the provision of its services.
19.2
The Center reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any registration, transaction, or service where providing or continuing such service would result in a violation of any applicable law, international sanctions regime, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, counter-terrorist financing (CTF) requirements, export control laws, or any other applicable regulatory obligation.
Article 20: Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
20.1
The Center reserves the right to amend, revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time where required for legal, regulatory, operational, or business purposes.
20.2
Any amended version of these Terms and Conditions shall become effective from the date of its publication on the Center’s Website, unless a later effective date is expressly stated.
20.3
Continued use of the Website or continued participation in any Training Program or service after such amendments have been published shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
Article 21: Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, together with any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them, including their interpretation, validity, performance, or enforcement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles or any mandatory legal provisions requiring otherwise.
Article 22: Dispute Resolution
22.1
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or any service provided by the Center, the Parties shall first seek to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations.
22.2
If the dispute cannot be resolved within a reasonable period through negotiation, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the Parties mutually agree in writing to refer the dispute to arbitration or another recognised form of alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
Article 23: Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Center’s Privacy Policy, Registration Forms, Program Brochures, Invoices, and any written agreements expressly incorporated herein, constitute the entire agreement between the Center and the Participant or Client with respect to the subject matter hereof.
They supersede and replace all prior negotiations, discussions, representations, correspondence, understandings, agreements, or arrangements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
No representation, warranty, statement, promise, or undertaking not expressly contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon either Party
Article 24: Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction or any other competent authority to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable, or void, such provision shall be deemed severed only to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability.
The validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired and shall remain in full force and effect
Article 25: No Waiver
No failure or delay by the Center in exercising any right, remedy, power, or privilege under these Terms and Conditions shall constitute or be deemed a waiver of such right, remedy, power, or privilege.
Any waiver shall be effective only if made expressly in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Center.
A waiver of any breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent or continuing breach
Article 26: Prevailing Language
These Terms and Conditions may be made available in both English and Arabic for convenience.
In the event of any inconsistency, discrepancy, ambiguity, or conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail and shall be the governing version for all purposes of interpretation and enforcement
Article 27: Notices and Contact Information
Any notice or communication required under these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed duly given if delivered by email, through the Center’s official Website, or by any other communication method officially designated by the Center.

The Center reserves the right to update its contact information from time to time. Publication of the updated contact details on the Center’s Website shall constitute sufficient notice to all Clients, Participants, and Website users.
